Ben Richards backing The Prostate Cancer Charity Tour Rides this year

The lovely Ben Richards (better known to many as PC Nate Roberts from ITV1’s The Bill) is backing The Prostate Cancer Charity Tour Rides this year - and urging everyone to take to two wheels.
Ben, who loves nothing more than a good cycle at the weekend, came into the studios and took part in a series of radio interviews encouraging people to 'unite by cycling', alongside our very own Claire Walsh.
The actor took part in our London Ride last year, and thoroughly enjoyed the day. He told listeners all about how he had selected Greg Whyte as a cycling partner on the day, without realising he was a professional athlete and the trainer who had put David Walliams through his paces to swim the Channel - no easy ride there then.
It was a fun morning and Ben and Claire did an amazing job.
